3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one registered account on eg33. Duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected from the same individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method, eg33 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and void any related winnings or bonuses.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. eg33 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

8. Account Suspension and Termination

When an account is suspended pending investigation, the following applies:
